We understand the sensitive nature of the information you share with us, particularly for users dealing with domestic violence situations. We have implemented additional security measures to protect your privacy:

• No localStorage tracking: We do not store sensitive assessment recommendations or notifications in browser localStorage to prevent forensic evidence on shared devices.
• Session-based data: Assessment notifications and recommendations are stored only in secure server sessions that disappear when you close your browser.
• User-specific data isolation: All your data is strictly isolated to your account and cannot be accessed by other users.
• Secure data transmission: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Data Security

• Prompt injection, or any attempt to discover Unshackle AI products or services' source code.

Any violation of this Unshackle AI Policy or any Unshackle policies or terms of service may result in termination of use of services at Unshackle's sole discretion. Data Retention & Deletion

• Chat conversations: Retained to provide ongoing support and generate risk assessments. You can delete individual conversations at any time.
• Assessment data: Retained to generate dashboard analytics and provide historical insights. Can be deleted upon request.
• Account information: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after account closure.
• Payment information: Retained as required by law and payment processor requirements.
