Acceptance of Terms

Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), Unshackle AI, Inc ("Unshackle", "we", "us", and/or "our") provides access to Unshackle's services. By accessing or using our services, you (the "user", "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of Unshackle services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Modification of Terms

Unshackle reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Unshackle services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

Age and Eligibility

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform. We recommend that users be 18 years or older for the best experience.

Temporary Use License

During the period for which you are authorized to use the Services, and subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license, to use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes according to the service capacity of your account. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved and no license or right to use any trademark of Unshackle or any third-party is granted to you in connection with the Services.

• OpenAI - AI-powered chat and conversation analysis
• Google (Gemini) - AI-powered content analysis and categorization
• Google Firebase - Database, authentication, and hosting services
• Stripe - Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel - Web hosting and deployment services
• Mailgun - Email delivery services

Your use of Unshackle's AI-enabled products and services is also governed by the terms of use, code of conduct, and policies with these third-party service providers located on each provider's websites.

Service Provision

Unshackle provides a platform that utilizes AI technology to offer support tools for safety planning, risk assessment, and evidence collection. Services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-driven data analysis and report generation
• Customizable safety planning tools
• Secure storage and management of personal data
• Interactive assessments and questionnaires
• Personalized insights and recommendations

Acceptable Use

Unshackle's AI-related products are intended to provide helpful and respectful responses to user prompts and queries. We don't allow the use of our AI tools, products and services for the following usages:

• Illegal or malicious activity
• Inauthentic, deceptive, or impersonation behavior.
• Prompt injection, or any attempt to discover Unshackle AI products or services' source code.
• Any other use that would violate Unshackle's standard published policies, codes of conduct, or terms of service.

Any violation of this Unshackle AI Policy or any Unshackle policies or terms of service may result in termination of use of services at Unshackle's sole discretion. We will review and update this Unshackle AI Policy so that it remains relevant and effective. If you would like to discuss our acceptable use policy, please reach out to abuse@unshackleai.com.

Disclaimers

The AI software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Unshackle be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind related to your use of the service.

Termination

Our company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the AI software at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms of service or any applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, the user's license to use the software will be revoked, and they will no longer have access to any content or data generated using the software.

Other Terms

These terms of service are subject to change without notice. Your continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Feedback

Unshackle welcomes your feedback and suggestions about how to improve our services. Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback shared with Unshackle can be used without any obligation to you.
